Tradition is the perfect name for the classic marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which are blended here to achieve a Cuvée filled with roundness. Straw–yellow in colour, with notes of white flowers and fresh fruits. It is full, harmonious and very expressive.
Truly divine tasting champagne!
With its low dosage this Extra Brut is the most demanding of the champagnes. Straw gold in colour, its lemony nose, buttered toast and apple opens up to a firm and untamed palate. The champagne is deep with an elegant mousse, a true Chardonnay with bold and explosive flavour. Silky texture elegantly wraps the entire sensory experience with substance and class.
The Cuisine Judges say “This 100% chardonnay style is gorgeous!”
Judged by John Saker and Wellington’s top sommeliers, Maciej Zimny (Noble Rot) and Kate Hutchison (Capitol) and scored in the top 10 champagnes for 2017. This is what they had to say, “For something a little off-piste, try the Marion Bosser Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut NV Premier Cru NV (#9). This is an elegant, charming 100 per cent chardonnay style which offers excellent value.”
